TESTFORM - a sample HTML form

This form shows only a few of the field types useable in HTML forms, when you choose "Process Form" the form data, and other data available to a program running on the WWW server are displayed.

Among the HTML form data types there are:

• Text Boxes
• Check Boxes
• Drop Down Lists
• Radio Buttons
• Hidden Fields
• Environment Variables
