SHTML - server side includes

This is introductory material on HTML, its main features and how it works. It is not a guide to good taste but it does give hints and discusses some things to avoid. The presentation is largely by examples.
Dynamic HTML pages can be created by cgi-bin programs, by Java Applets and by embedded HTML scripting languages such as JavaScript. Interactive pages can use Forms, Java Applets and JavaScript.
