- I am currently a Professor at the Faculty of IT, at Monash University
- Previously, I spent 2.5 years as the Deputy Dean (Research) of the Faculty.
- Previously, I spent 3.5 years as Deputy Dean of Faculty.
- Previously, I spent 3 years as the Head of the Caulfield School of IT.
- Before that I spent 6 years enjoying post-doc life as a Logan Research Fellow at Monash University
- And even before, I spent 2 years as a research fellow at both Monash and the University of Melbourne
- And a long, long time ago, I spent 4 years doing my PhD and having fun at the Clip Lab
Research
Interests: I am part of the Optimization research group within the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DSAI) with particular interests in the following
- Constraint/Logic Programming Languages
- Combinatorial Solving and Optimization
- Program Analysis, Compilers
- BioInformatics
- Parallelism and Automatic Parallelization
