I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at CSIRO in Brisbane, Australia. I am working towards developing data science and machine learning methods to facilitate the analyses of Big Data in the Genomics space.

I completed my PhD in April 2016 in the Clayton School of Information Technology at Monash University. My supervisors are Arun Konagurthu and Maria Garcia de la Banda.

I commenced my doctoral study at Monash in February 2012. Prior to this, I was an undergraduate student at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM). I graduated in July 2011 with an Integrated Bachelor's & Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering with Chemistry as my minor subject.
