bbin2asc.sh
	usage:
	bbin2asc.sh number
	The number signifies how many of the initial points to ignore. If too many points are kept you will get a wavy baseline.
	reads fid and acqus in current directory
	needs bbin2asc.py
	returns fid.asc1 and fid.asc
	fid.asc has time, real, imaginary and frequency (calc. from acqus) columns

emfid.sh
	usage:
	emfid.sh fid.asc fid.em lb
	applies exponential multiplication (apodization) using lb Hz.

phspec.sh
	phspec.sh infile outfile phaseindegrees

fftfid.sh
	fftfid.sh infile outfile
	carries out fft and fftshift

plotspec.sh 
	plotspec.sh infile {real|im}	
	plots either real or imaginary spectrum. Plots imaginary part by default.
