This Stealth Fighter
proposal was produced by Carlo Kopp in 1982 (then an electrical
engineering undergraduate), based on fundamental electromagnetic
scattering. It correctly exploits blending, split wingtip drag rudders,
dorsal recessed inlets, blended cockpit and delta planform all of which
are third generation stealth features used in the B-2. Were Northrop to
have used fly-by-wire in their XST (Have Blue) bid, the aircraft would
