Guidelines for submission of material
Acceptable formats for submission are listed below. Please note that unless stamped, self-addressed envelopes are enclosed with the submission, we regret that submitted material will not be returned to the sender.

Submitting from Outside Australia
Submissions from outside Australia may encounter customs delays. Please ensure adequate time if sending material through the international mail system. We recommend the use of an international courier for fastest delivery. Please mark all international submissions "Educational material only. No commercial value.". The conference will not pay for tariffs or customs charges which may be incurred if this statement is not declared.

- VHS preview tapes (PAL, NTSC, SECAM)
- BETACAM SP (PAL)
- CD-ROM with Quicktime or Director file etc. (MAC HFS or ISO9660 format)
Still imagery
- Hardcopy: slides, prints, printouts etc.
- CD-ROM (MAC HFS or ISO9660 format)
- 3.5 inch floppy disk (MAC/PC format)
- Website URL
Sound
- DAT, MiniDisc, Audio CD
- Analogue compact cassette tape
Interactive / Software
- Website URL
- Macintosh CD-ROM
- Video-taped demonstration/documentation (see video above)
Text
- Submission of text must be in electronic form (either on MAC/PC floppy disk or emailed).
- Abstracts, proposals, full papers, biographies etc:
Plain text, MSWord Version 5, 6 or 97/98 (Mac/PC), RTF or Latex files.
Ensure no macro-viruses etc. are present in Microsoft Word files. Infected files will be destroyed.
Please note that we aim to publish the conference proceedings in both printed and on-line/CD-ROM form.
