| Authors intending
to submit a paper for peer review must submit a 500 word abstract. Following
provisional acceptance, completed papers will be reviewed and authors notified
of final acceptance. Camera ready copies must then be submitted by the deadline
below.
Papers must not exceed 10 pages in length including diagrams and appendices. Papers should be prefaced with a title page listing the paper title, author(s) name and affiliation, a paper abstract of not more than 500 words and a list of keywords. Ensure that the relevance of the paper to the conference is made clear in the abstract. Please refer to the guidelines for the presentation of written, visual and aural material. |

A written proposal must be submitted for these forms of presentation. The proposal should take the form of a brief summary or abstract (~100 words) of the presentation, followed by a single page describing the proposed presentation content and its relevance to the conference. If an artist's talk is proposed, please include also a brief biography of the presenter and a summary of exhibitions, as well as other relevant visual or aural material. Upon acceptance, presenters' will be asked to provide a short written or pictorial summary of their presentation for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
