conferences and performances

Just Pick The Pretty One, an improvised concert of electronic music was held at the Horse Bazaar, Little Lonsdale St., Melbourne (Dec 11th 2007) to a raucous crowd of punters and a few keen computer-art-geeks. Palle and Peter gave CEMA Ecosystem-Day workshop attendees a special (and much appreciated!) performance the following day at Art & Design, Monash University.

The Third Iteration conference on generative electronic was held Nov 30th - Dec 2nd 2005. We hope that you enjoyed it! If you missed out, be sure to check back here for news of Fourth Iteration... just a rumour at this stage. cema initiated the Iteration conference series on generative art. First Iteration was held in 1999 and Second Iteration in 2001. These two events attracted the world's leading generative artists and theorists to Melbourne for three days of debate, presentations, artshows, screenings and performances.
